All I have to say is that exercise is what works for me. The more I exercise; the better I feel and look. Lately I haven't been exercising as much as I should and it's showing. Not a lot, but enough to bother me. Do I expect people to respect me even though I've been lazy? Absolutely not! Do I respect lazy people? Nope. It's all a personal choice. Do you want to lose weight? Then you have to work for it. Self control is something you don't see very much of these days.
