If you haven't played the first Mercenaries you probably won't undersand what I'm talking about. But for those of you that did, I really enjoyed the way that was set up (each target representing a playing card).

*POTENTIAL SPOILERS*
I have a feeling most people will say 4 since, well you know. Mine was either 4 or 1.
It says in the game.
SPOILERS, HIGHLIGHT TO READ
It goes from about one year, than down to about 6 months, then about 3 months until he becomes I biological weapon, then it's revealed that it doesn't happen at all.

Well that's what I mean. So since it's discovered he won't become contagious, it's never really said how long he will live right? And if that's the case, it's not fair to say he only has about a year left.
I love Metal Gear. But I'm confused exactly as to how long Snake has left to live. I'm assuming that it's never really said. But that being said, how do we know that Snake only has maybe a year left? That's not really a fair assumption just because he is aging rapidly. And when Naomi was talking about how long he has left to live, she's only talking about FoxDie becoming contagious, which we find out isn't going to happen for some time.
Everything has been answered. Even if they expand on the story of a plot point (such as Raiden rescuing Sunny, for example), what is the point? Ryan Payton mentioned something about how they might like to expand on the story of Big Boss, but what is left to tell? I just think that now that we know how everything ends, there's not much point in telling backstory. I also don't see how they could make a true sequel, either. Just my two cents.
[QUOTE="jlabadie88"][QUOTE="storm1110"]Yeah, he does, coz he points his fingers at Snake and says "Your pretty good" in that ocelot'esque way too. But Ocelot made himself into Liquid? Why'd he do that anyway?
Cant wait to start replaying it tomorrow!! =D

Right right, I also think Ocelot forced himself to be taken over by Liquid. I'm pretty sure it was to ensure the end of the Patriots (which would be a huge sacrifice, just like his mother, The Boss). I'm gonna be replaying quite a bit and reading up.
Liquid was never there. Ocelot underwent some form of hypnosis to make him and everyone else, including the patriots, think that he was Liquid so he could continue with his plan without blowing his cover. Think of it as some form of split personality.
In a sense, he went out exactly like his mother(The Boss). He's one of those "I'm a bad guy, but I'm really a good guy" type characters.
Oh I see. But what about the fact the Liquid did in fact take over Ocelot's mind in MGS2? (Seeing as Liquid's voice was apparent).
