@Hammershock6: this is a walking simulator, its more of an experience rather than a game. Much like Gone home.

@NikoKun: Not out of the box...the box does not include the oculus touch controller nor it includes the extra camera. Also its not a volumen test...its a range test...with two cameras. Real world test people complain that when you try to turnaround (when using one camera) the controllers get occluded and start to act weird. The headset got extra sensors in the back (no problem there)...but no way to make the controllers not get occluded without a second camera and extra sensors in the controller to track them even when not facing the camera. So if you want to do 360 with oculus you will need to cash in maybe and extra $100 ( could be more for the controller + camera). And from a developer perspective they wont bother to make a game that requieres you to spend more to play their game...they will stay with out of the box experience and thats using a xbox controller.

@SecretHimitsu: IT CANNOT DO ROOM SCALE TRACKING WITHOUT AN EXTRA CAMERA... @Iemander: this is not a real test... because the tracking system does not allow him to turn 360 thats why he walks always looking at the camera. A volume test would involve him turning around, moving his arms to see if the controllers are still been recognized. There is another video from TESTED where they tell you the short range you can move without loosing signal. (ill try to find it). So this means even when the camera can still track you, you cant do much when facing backward the camera, even at short range. The extra sensors in the back of the headset are just there so the camera does not loose you but controllers will.Thats why in this video they say that whenever they try to move outside the short volume weird stuff happens.

@amaneuvering: The most ergonomic way to play is seated and kinect knows it. BUT if you have this PLUS feature that will let you examine a VR room ( if you have the space) i guess its a pretty good feature.

@ov3r_kill_br0ny: not without another probably $50 "custom hardware camera". (ya, thats a price tag joke). Devs probably will say no to stuff that is not included in the $600 package. Including the touch controllers that will probably cost around $60 dlls or more.
