Apple's main selling point is the superior design of their products. If you're such an expert on industrial design you'll realise that it's you who is being foolish. Apple created the current design for the smartphone, and it is now a benchmark for the whole industry. The whole reason Samsung are being destroyed in court is because they copied it. And every other manufacturer is trying to get as close to Apple's design as possible without getting sued, which is a pretty clear admission that they all think Apple's design is superior. Face it, you are the average person.

And one thing you're forgetting about the Apple lawsuit is that it was Apple suing Samsung, and Samsung suing Apple. Apple just won, that's all. You're just bitter that the courts agree that Samsung have been copying Apple, because you hate to admit it yourself. It's pathetic.

It's really bizarre how so many people assume that those who are buying the iPhone 5 already have an iPhone 4s. Comments like "Why people have to spend $100s a year on Apple's quite frankly insulting "updates" is beyond me" and "Congratulations, you just wasted $200-400 on the exact same phone you already have, only slightly smaller" show the ignorance of the average Apple hater.

And guess what? I'm going to buy an iPhone 5, and I hope the people that buy Samsung and HTC products enjoy their devices as much as I'll enjoy mine. I won't insult any manufacturer or those who buy their products because I'm not a moron.
