You'll get used to the graphics as you play it more. It's a great game once you get engrossed in the story...even though you'll be confused, pieces of the story unfold and you'll want to keep playing to find out more. It does have a few dull parts, but overall it's one of my favorites.

Mercury Meltdown Revolution. I was so addicted to that game it wasn't funny. :P Great game.
ExciteBots: Trick Racing is also a very good unknown game. It's a shame it didn't catch on.
The Batman NES game is indeed great, but my favorite is Batman Returns on SNES. Admittedly, I haven't played any of the recent Batman games though.
Definitely SNES for me. The library is loaded with great games in almost every genre. I have so many favorites on SNES that no other system comes close in my view.
The best names to me are generally single-word names, often named after something. Genesis. Jaguar. Lynx.
The worst would be nonsensical things like WonderSwan, Gizmondo, Dreamcast. I'm not a fan of these compound word names either like GameCube or PlayStation. And "Super" Nintendo? Is anything less creative than just sticking the word "Super" in front of an existing system's name? :P
My top 5 so far:
1. Mario Kart Wii
2. Dr. Mario Online Rx
3. Super Mario Galaxy
4. Wii Sports
5. Animal Crossing: City Folk
I don't. I used it once...until I had to change the batteries. Then I never bothered with it again. I don't even use the wrist strap unless I'm playing Wii Sports. For most games, there's no risk of it slipping away.
1. New Super Mario Bros. Wii
2. Super Mario Galaxy 2
3. Epic Mickey
If they ever release any of the Taiko: Drum Master games in the U.S., I'll buy those in an instant.
Yeah, I love Castlevania IV. It's my third favorite Castlevania, behind SOTN and Dracula's Curse. It's always fun to play through again. I love the cavern level and the level with the gold and treasure chests. I feel like playing it right now.
