I only care about first party stuff on the switch. I really don't like the idea of playing water downed ports that are better on other systems. I'd just rather buy 3d party stuff on more powerful hardware.

I remember watching MTV when it first aired. Somewhere around 1980-82. I was staying at a friends house and I stayed up all night watching music videos. Some of the first videos I remember seeing were Sammy Hagar I can't drive 55 and Cindi Lauper She Bop. Even my grandparents watched MTV in the early 80's.

Same for me it's the only thing I've played the past 2 years. I'm trying to talk myself into playing some Sekiro tonight.

From what I've seen of micro transactions I have a better odds of hitting a jackpot in a real casino over getting loot in some of these games.

I know how greedy Activision is and I'm not participating in a competitive game where someone could have the edge over me because of micro transactions.

I like the look of the new game but I'm not buying it.

I still can't wrap my head around Pokemon being Nintendo's top franchise. I was in my 20's when that shit came out.

Metroid is deffinetly an under appreciated franchise.

Just wait until everything is digital then the cable companies will tighten the screws because then they have you dependent on them. The cable companies are going to have a stranglehold on all of your media. I've seen what comcast has been doing since 1980. When you give up your physical media prices on digital will go through the roof.

I've been hoarding physical media for the past 15 years. I saw this coming from a mile away and I don't like where it's going. You're giving up your purchasing power by going digital.
