One comes with a 970 and one with an 870 ? Should I be worried about wanting the one with the 970??? Lol.

I recently purchased the following laptop : http://www.frys.com/product/8046224 Because it was open-box I got it for $1699 from. I also got a 3 year warranty for a discount at $100. The total with tax came out to $1950. ( My very first laptop after 2 years of saving and research )

Every time I'm playing a game the laptop will stop charging. It will not even recognize the adapter and shows that there is nothing plugged in. I have to plug the cord out and plug it back in for it to start charging again.. only to stop after 10 minutes of playing games.

This frustrated me to the point where I'm very stressed out about spending the money and want to return it or get a new laptop elsewhere even though I think I got it for a pretty good deal? I only want a GS70 or gs60. I love how that they are thin gaming lap.

Should I return this? and find it elsewhere? I've been searching on newegg and I'm finding good deals... I don't know what to do!!

I'm putting together a Lenovo Y50 (I really like how it looks and that it's very light). After taxes and 2-year warranty it's around $1500. Here are the specs.

Generation Intel Core i7-4710HQ Processor, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 860M 4GB, Memory 16.0GB PC3-12800 DDR3L SDRAM 1600, 1TB 5400 RPM+8GB SSHD

Because I have an iMac I've been dying to play games like SimCity and Civilization and Starcraft 2. Will I run these games on Ultra with 30FPS? (Especially Simcity) Hours of research says yes.. but I want to make sure.

So I spent hours trying to find the best 40'' tv with the least amount of input lag. I made the decision that the Samsung UN40EH5300 it's a 1080p 60hz 40'' TV.

I've been fiddling around with the calibration on xbox one where it walks you through a few pages to get the best picture ( Closed eye, open eye, etc... )

I have my settings at 36 frames , PC ( RGB FULL ) , 1080P.

Yet I can't see the " closed eye " ever. Even when I make my TV as bright as possible. Are some TV's just not able to see the closed eye? I know some tv's can't display the sun but what about the closed eye? I did everything the menu said as well " HDMI Black level" "Black input" I tried every single variety of settings with my tv.

Also the TV just looks... mediocre like I wasn't amazed at how great battlefield 4 or Forza looked. My 20'' 4 year old Dell monitor seems to have nicer colors. Is that normal? is " game mode " killing my picture quality?

So my questions are:

1.Does " game mode " just kill the picture quality and I should live with it?

2. Does it matter if I can or can't see the eye and the sun and just set the TV settings to what I think is nice ( I usually have my settings extremely bright and colorful to the point where my eyes almost bleed )

3. Is there a better 40'' TV? ( not a Vizio or mitsubishi or subaru I want a legit brand )

Dont get me wrong. I love fifa, I've been a fan of fifa ever since I can remember. Fifa 13 is my all time favorite game.

but what is wrong with fifa 14?! Who was testing this game? 

Overall what pisses me off is how every player feels slow... I have better control on a ball in real life than a professional soccer player in fifa... that's just not right. Players like Messi, Ibra, Aguero, Silva, Iniesta, Bale in the demo have 0 control on the ball... they can't just stop turn stop turn then run and stop and spin anymore. If you dare to press the sprint button... you will lose the ball. That's what soccer is in real life right? The players are NEVER sprinting! it's a game of quick one touch give and sprint. That doesn't exist here... 

-Every Single player feels like a rating of 40 overall. 

-Sloppy touch on the ball, the player has 0 control on the ball. 

-Why is every normal pass I make meant to be a lead pass? 

-LB+Y = Way overpowered! Everyone just lead passes...

Overall... I don't like the Demo I really hope these issues are fixed. Maybe this game wasn't meant to be played on Xbox 360 and is made for Xbox one?
