im planning to add another stick of 2gb to make my machine 4gb. and planning to switch to win7 64 bit to fully utilize all of the 4gb. as all my games are currently 32bit will there be a performance hit/gain in switching to 64bit OS? please keep in mind that all my games are 32bit. i've been googling all day to find benchmarks on games but to no avail. please help.

thanks for the replies guys! this question is plaguing me for days. i think im gonna go for the cheap one since im not going for the huge overclock and im not gonna need the SLI/Crossfire support anyway.

should i shell out money on a expensive mobo even if i'm only going for a mild overclock? or does expensive top of the line boards have a increased gaming performance?
