Well, as I am depressed right now - I don't try to cheer myself up, I just really get into depression and hope it's getting better when time goes by. I listen to sad music, draw or write something or cry my eyes out. And when I've something wrong and my guilty conscience is getting me done, I apologize for what I've done.
