@nayce54 @dribblesbarbax Best Buy's already done that. Well, it has other demos you can play too, but I saw several parents hanging around the TV while their kids played. I really hope this gives the Wii U a boost.

@Frexerik @Serpens_Solida I'd say Infinite was a letdown, but it wasn't trash. This guy's just trolling it seems.

In no way did that make me excited or more interested in CoD: Ghosts. Heck, the title "CoD: Ghosts" alone made me more interested. Pretty dumb and lackluster teaser, IMO.

@EllieStranger Yeah, I'm sure all the kids who have never played EarthBound were just chomping at the bit. :|

@cirka09 @homegirl2180 That's not difficulty, that's you accidentally rolling off a cliff or something equally stupid. Difficulty is about challenge. For more than 95% of both games, the land was never challenging to traverse if there were no enemies. And no, tedious and difficult are not mutually exclusive (go see Monster Hunter as an example), but depending on the enemy, getting a rare item COULD be difficult because every fight with that enemy could still be challenging. However, if there's no challenge in killing the enemy, then it's not difficult, and it's just tedious. There's nothing fun about running into a room, killing something dull with one or two hits, and then reloading the level to do the same thing over and over until it happens to drop some sort of stone.

@cirka09 I don't know what games you were playing, but backtracking was never difficult in Dark Souls, and was non-existent in Demon's Souls. As for weapon upgrades, it depends on the enemy, but I'd still say your point is not valid. Fighting the same monster over and over to get an item in ANY RPG doesn't make the game more difficult, it just makes it tedious, but it also makes getting that item rewarding. My only problem with the weapon upgrade mention is that if those items appear too frequently, then that opens up the possibility of overpowering yourself. I'm sure they'll try to do something to balance that, but I'm still wary about this one being as good as the first two.

@AmnesiaHaze Not really true. They always have the option of saving money. I know you Americans like to spend more than you make, but the rest of the world isn't always like that.

I think Jonathan's list may have been the best thus far.

@Timaetaj @kiramasaki I've played all their trio, and there's definitely some strong similarity in the feel between flower and Journey. I actually liked flower more.

@Takeno456 It's not a community thing, it's a marketing thing. None of that money of people buying CoD goes to Irrational Games, and it's no surprise to me that Irrational probably would like some of that money. As much as I'm sure we all love Bioshock, we should not get our panties in a bunch about something as trivial as the box art. What matters is the game itself, and no, this isn't "just the first step on a slippery slope."
