Nice! I've finished a few novella's and recently got into poetry. Entered some of my work into a few competitions a month or so ago, hope to get some positive news in a few months.

Hi all! Hope everyone is having good fortunes in life!

Made a pact with myself to post more often, then went on a month hiatus. Life sort of got busy, kind of been pondering where I want to be in the future at my current job.

Anyway, hope all is well!

Maybe for being an author.

Same, would be an absolute dream to get something published. Feels like writing is the only way I can effectively communicate with the world in a way that may be beneficial to some.

@PSP107:

Fiction and poetry. Not good enough to be published, but that is the dream I'm determined to make come true.

Any advice in terms of resting days? I remember when I was doing HIIT they recommend 1 day on and 2 days off.

What are you doing each day in the first place?

I just pick one of the 24 workouts she's listed and just go for it. I've done 3 of them so far in the past week, I think I can up it to 4 a week, I haven't felt any lasting fatigue. I guess I just don't want to overdo it too quickly.

read up, they call it a trainer course but honestly every person starting crossfit should be made to go over it.

Cool! Thanks for the information. I'll be sure to read up on it ASAP.

@genius2365: I'd be a terrible person to ask :D. I love to exercise, but I haven't taken body building seriously for a long time, my goal has been just to stay in shape for the past five years. That being said, it would be worth your time to look up cutting and bulking cycles on google. There are tons of articles that will go in depth in terms of exercises you should perform during the course of a week, plus calorie level intake and food macros (protein, fat, carb ratios) in order to hit certain goals and be able to progress in the gym. You could go to the bodybuilding forum for much better advice, just stay out of the misc section.

@hockey73: "I actually don't game anymore."

Because it isn't as good as the old days?

I guess I had a decision to invest into writing or gaming and I chose what I truly loved to do.
