I bought this game on release for PS3. I loved the game so of course I bought the remake for PS4. Now there's announced a version coming for PS5. Do I need this? Can the graphics and gameplay really be that much improved third time around?
I love the Batman-games from Rockesteady. I replay the games all the time. I would replay Arkham Knight.
I didn't like the tank-battles, but it had lots of new elements with and without the Batmobile I liked. Racing around underground through Riddlers contraption was very fun. And the Batman-Catwoman team-up puzzles was fun to do.
That wasn't the first game I've ever played. I've been around games before that. I've played various platform games on ZX81, my brother had a Commodere 64 that I tried on occasion. But when I borrowed a copy of KQ1 from someone I know I got hooked fast. In the beginning I just walked around looking at the scenery not really doing anything. But when I learned I could type in commands I was sold. After that I set out to borrow or buy every Sierra game I could get my hands on. I played almost every adventure-game from Sierra and Lucasarts I could find. And I've been gaming ever since.
Here in Norway I visited a big chain Electronics store during christmas and was surprised to find a big stack of XBox Series X stacked in a big pile in the middle of the store. There must have like 20-30 of them. Series S has been easily available at most online retailers for a while. Most people are more interested in the more powerful and 4K-compatible Series X.
I remember I was very impressed by The 7th Guest when I played it. Great visuals and real-life actors in the cutscenes. It blew my mind. And I remember getting a DVD-Rom for my PC for the first time and playing UAKM:Overseer on DVD was pretty cool. I could hook up my computer to my bigger TV to watch the cutscenes.
Personally I went with PS5 mainly because of Rift Apart and Horizon Forbidden West. Looking at the game lineup there wasn't really any exclusive games for Xbox Series X/S that interested me.
I finally got my PS5 a couple of months ago. My PS4 is still plugged in with the power-cord, but I needed the HDMI-input for my new console so that's gone. I guess I haven't gotten around to it yet, but I am going to put I away somewhere. I don't need it plugged in since the PS5 i backwards-comptabile and I have the disc-edition. I still have my Xbox One plugged in, but that might be gone too when I eventually get my Xbox X.
I'm playing Lost Judgment and I just started chapter 10 so I fear I'm nearing the end so I figured I finsih off as much of the school stores I can. Now I'm stuck at that sucky robot fighting.
I've gotten pretty far. But the enemy robots are too though. I feel they all are out to get me and I can barely move and pick up pieces before one or two are gunning for me and won't let me go. What's the best configuration for my robot and my two companions to have a fighting chance? What AI, Body, Weapon, battery configuration is the best?
Space Invaders. My dad's office had gotten a computer. One evening he had to do a little work at the office. I got to tag along and he showed Space Invaders on the office computer.
