I'm tired and don't feel like typing the whole backround, so basically my SNES is having a graphic error on every game. There is like an imaging or double imaging problem that shows half of a copy of a character on a screen (like it'll duplicate the bottom of X in Mega Man X1-3, or a racer in Mario Kart), it's sort of like a shadow for certain objects. I don't know what to type into a search engine to fix it, so I'm down to my last options short of buying a new system (which may crap out too, considering their age).

Alright so I think I have everything picked out, so I'll post just the important stuff.

My main problem is that I can't decide between two video cards. I saw the "card ranking system" guide on here and the ATI one came out on top. I would like either an ATI Radeon HD 4870 or a nVidia GeForce GTS 250. How should I choose between these two?

My next concern is how much power I'm going to need to run my rig. I read that both of those card take a 500W power supply to run, so how's the power to the rest of my computer going to go? This is where you, the much wiser than I, people tell me how everything would work out. Here goes:

Mobo - Foxconn BloodRage LGA 1366 Core i7

1TB HDD, I don't think the specs on that matter much

G.Skill 3 x 2GB at DDR3 1600

22" Monitor

Either of those video cards

DVD burner (I might upgrade to a blu-ray player or burner later)

If I need to insert anything else just ask. The case I was looking into buy comes with a 420W power supply, so if I'd really need 500W I'll shop for another one. Thanks guys.

So being a girly-man, I like my hard-A mixed with fruity stuff, and I thought of this recipie:

1 part vanilla vodka
1 part watermellon schnapps
1 part Hawaiian Punch

Those mixed all together, probably not too bad sounding, haven't tried it yet. Problem is how should I mix it, like how much of each? Lets say we're mixing into a 2L pitcher. Don't know how much help I can get here since I imagine there's not many people 21 and over here. Thanks anyways.

If I recall correctly, I believe there are 7.2 billion on the planet, and there are just over 300 million in the USA alone (I use this example because most users here are American), so imagine of EVERYONE in this country died, it would just barely dent that 6 bill.

Personally I think hostile alien invasion is more likely with mass casualties... but maybe that's the videogames talking... :|

with veiled threats (i got expelled 3 months for that one) and insults and generally just be a smartas

it got to a point were all school AP's knew my name, and evenprogressed to where i think they just gave up

the only reason it kinda stopped is because all my teachers and AP's were pretty badass my last 2 years

the principle (i aint given no names, lol i dont wanna get him in trouble) actually caught me skipping a class in the lunch room and allowed me to stay for the remainder of the semester (which was about 2 weeks) after i explained my situation

After years of that stuff being told to me I don't think I could ever say stuff like that to youngsters now and when I get older, it'd just seem like I was abusing pseudo-power only because I'm older. By that same token though, I imagine that I may be taken advantage of in arguements of the like.

Been about two years since I posted here, what a CRITICAL topic to come back on.

I'm 21 and have been drinking soda as long as I can remember. I'm not addicted to caffeen, I just love the taste of soda, and to prove it to myself I have a half case of orange soda and a half case of Barq's root beer. I don't care much about my long term health.

I have many fillings as well, probably also because of mass ammounts of candy. :D

I guess I should probably add the object of the game, that just MIGHT be important too.

So you have to deliever pizza's in an ammount of time to monsters, you have to get past obstacles that require like a basket, or a pully system, you can use a ball or a robot depending on the obstacle you have to get through, and if you got through all three screens in one go monsters gave you like $40 for a pizza.

Back in grade school for me (I'm 21 now) we played on these computers that you had to insert a paper-thin plastic black floppy thingy to play a game, they were games like The Oregon Trail and Odell Lake, there was also this "Pizza" game that I can't remember the name of. Anyone know what I talking about? Know it's name or better yet where to play it online? Thanks.
