you dont have to be chosen, the emails thing is just to notify you about the site launch. Anyone can access it.Giantbomb's beta site launch isn't until Monday so don't expect to all have a fully working site for everyone to login to on Monday. A few weeks ago they announced in a podcast that if you sent an email and were lucky enough to get chosen you could become one of their beta site testers and be able to reserve your username. They have since announced, during their E3 coverage, that the beta site launch testing would occur the week after E3. Therefore if all goes to plan Monday should be the start of the Giantbomb beta site launch test and then depending on how that goes it shouldn't be long till the site is open to the public.
So to everyone saying "see you all around, i'm off to Giantbomb!" i wouldn't be too quick to say goodbye because you wont get in unless you've been chosen. Atleast thats my understanding of the situation.
Personally i will be still here on Gamespot and most likely on Giantbomb aswell as the two sites appeal to me.

Oh! HSBC.
I agree with Jaysonguy. I like the difference between the two areas. You get crazy speed in the day and combat at night. Sega realised that they can't combine the two, so they split them upI watched the game on the E3 coverage today.
I like both areas
