@Vojtass: If a contract had to be signed before each game, after seeing the success of the first or second one, the offer of royalties seems to be something to accept. In any case, not accepting the offer of royalties at any point means his lawyer was a complete wreck. Accepting royalty bonuses losses him nothing and can only present a gain in the end ultimately with no risk involved. Whom ever he had as a lawyer for the contract review and renewal seems to be either inexperienced or just not over bright. When offered zero risk and the opportunity to gain regardless, the choice should be a no brainer in my opinion atleast.
