@phili878: I'm very curious to know how do you arrive at this conclusion (I mean, everything is possible). Are you working in the industry? Do you have some insights that common ppl don't get access to or what? Especially looking at the numbers it looks like the game is going really strong and most players are having fun with it.
No bitterness in this answer, just curious to know your reasoning (hoping it's not limited to "all co-op games die withing 6/7 months"), because I personally work in the industry and have a very different POV, especially looking at the numbers
@irishinstigator: well controls are not the most intuitive but I got used to them in a few hours. Problem is if you are looking for a shooter then this is not the game for you. I like the game very much but I prefer a good story over the action. This is like a cowboy simulator ... and a very good one indeed but I understand it's not for everyone. I haven't read or seen anything about the game before last week cause I wanted to avoid spoilers before starting to play it but got few friends that told me since day 1 that the game was amazing. When I tried it I could only agree with them but ... it's just my opinion.
@Dundalis: Iplayed both witcher 3 and MGSV ... I think the first is a masterpiece and the only complain is about the combat system which in any case is not that bad but could have been better while the second is wonderful to see but a real let down considering that really COULD have been a great game but it´s not a complete product.
For sure these 2 games are a step ahead Fallout 4 but I never played a Bethesda game for the graphic. I like the atmosphere which is immersive and I always thought in my 20+ years of gaming that a game must be entertaining first. Said that this is my personal opinion AFTER I tried the game. I personally don´t take in consideration good or bad comments from ppl that didn´t even played the game.
I´m like 4 hours into the game and I can say that graphic is not so crappy, not the best but really fallout style, controls are not intuitive but with a little bit of practice (couple hours) you get used to it. Not encountered a single bug or a glitch and I´m surprised by this. FPS is a solid 30, but the best is the really immersive atmosphere.
I like it a lot so far and still don´t understand what´s the problem with ppl complaining about everything ... so play the game on whatever platform you got if you feel for it or don´t play it at all.
PS next gen is quite new but seems ppl are lacking historical memory: do you remember the first titles on ps3, would you compare them with the most recent titles for that platform???? It´s gonna be at least 3 or 4 more years before we can see something that really can be considered next gen.
