I've been thinking of buying a external tv turner for my laptop instead of a tv for a while and i came across this:

and my question is I'm i able to just connect cable into this turner instead of the antennathat is included? or does this turner only work with antenna?

i am currently looking at newegg.com listing for ati graphic cards and been just overwhelmed on which ATI to get.

i decided on getting ATI because i heard that they can do HDR + anti-aliasing

currently i have a nvidia 7900 gs 16x PCI with 256mb, my power unit is around 500 watts

so, i just want to get a good, decent ATI graphic card for around 100bucks that would last me for around 1 or 2 years.
