I get logged out while using GS frequently. Today I tried to post a comment in a Spider-Man article and I was directed to login after having just logged in. I tried to login again, but I still can't. Last week I tried to login and I received a message my account was disabled. What's going on? Is this a known issue?

I purchased Hitman 2 gold edition about a month ago. I have access to the entire game including the Legacy pack. What an amazingly huge game! I replayed all the original levels from Hitman and I am currently finishing the Isle of Sgail.

I have two questions about the game-

1. My game is always listed as Hitman 2 - Prologue. Even my achievements, all the way the through the game are listed as Hitman 2 - Prologue. For example, one of my Whittleton creek achievements is listed as Hitman 2 - Prologue Domestic Accidents, one of my Santa Fortuna achievements is listed as Hitman 2 - Prologue It Belongs in a Museum. I also checked the MS storefront and although I own the gold edition, I apparently do NOT own Hitman 2.

I am confused. Is the entire game actually called Hitman 2 - Prologue? Do I have something strange happening, or is this the same for everyone?

2. My XB1 lists Hitman 2 as a 12.6 GB game. When I checked the files in the HDD, the game is listed as 83.1 GB. Is this related somehow to my first question? Is this typical of XB1 games?

@transk53: There is a noise for every movement. Move a square, woosh. Press 'a' boing. Press 'b' swash. That's just the regular menu. Going through the apps is even worse, with louder more frequent unnecessary swashes, boings and shooshes.

As a habit I mute the TV before I do ANYTHING with the xbox menu system.

@jokesey: Have you checked to see in your system settings if there is an update for you? Apparently your problem has been reported a lot and a system patch should be available.

@jokesey: I'd try a few things. First, if possible plug an ethernet cable into your xbox one. That solved most of my problems. Using wireless is just asking for extra trouble.

Go to your system settings and change your xbox start-up to the slower startup option. I know that's counter-intuitive. I found with the fast start-up, my connections were frequently lost and video quality was worse. I'd rather wait an extra minute and not have to deal with restarting my xbox 8 times.

Cycle your modem/router. Make sure the xbox is off while doing this and wait a few minutes before restarting the xbox. Give this restart a little more time than the others.

Press and hold the xbox power button for ten seconds, until the xbox resets. Don't bother with this one until you've done everything else.

1.use an ethernet cable
2.change startup settings
3.cycle modem/router
4.reset xbox

I did all of these things, in this order and I only occasionally have problems. I noticed my video playback was significantly better and my games actually appeared a little brighter.

@gatsbythepig: Not sure if anyone has found a way to shut off the system sounds yet, I sure haven't. It's awful they haven't addressed this issue. It must be unbelievably easy for them to patch too.

It's still a bit rough. I've resigned to pinning the 5 games/apps I actually use and just go straight there.
At least the store has finally been arranged (alphabetically). It's so weird that there aren't better ways to find what you want. The inclusion of the Bing bar just feels like insult to injury.

I've done some checking and I still can't find any way to mute system sounds, which is unfortunate.

The xbox one menu noises are just awful. Does the new update solve this issue?

Thanks
