I have to say from the start this game dives right into the action. The fact that this story line doesn't tie into the movies is also refreshing. One thing that stands out differently than other Spider-Man releases is how agile/quick he is & the unique fighting abilities you have at your disposal early on compared to later in a game. Needless to say the city looks beautifully portrayed in the landscape and details of the people you meet. Giving this a thumbs up so far & cant wait to explore the rest of it's capabilities. This scene starts with Jonathan Reid finally finding the origins of the Vampire epidimic making the entire town sick and wild beasts., He then confronts the creatures in the sewers for one last showdown. Ends up being two separate Bosses in a row! Disaster Harriet & the unknown red creature throughout the game finally revealed as Red Queens Avatar. Each of these fights brought dramatic scenes and great climatic music. After those two battles Jonathan finds the original creator of Lady Ashbury's poisonous bloodline, Sir William Marshall. @clefdefa: same here as much as i enjoyed it i don't think i could replay it. it's one of those games where i'm satisfied with the original outcome so i wouldn't want to play it again and change my experience. The main reason i enjoyed it because the story could take so many turns, now that i've seen the responses and reactions i don't want to change anything.
thank you for your input
@warmblur: i agree the game was very much enjoyable. made you feel emotionally involved in the story from the start. GOW was a masterpiece hands down
@clefdefa: Interesting, i keep hearing people compare it to Heavy Rain. Never played that game before, is it any good? worth me checking it out? i think the gameplay for sure could have been a little more hands on at times , but for what was presented i thought it was fairly ok
@Macutchi: yes agreed the presentation is incredible. story is what hooked me from the start. feels like your fully involved three different stories that have meaning behind them. and honestly i completely agree about the part that needed more hands on experience some portions of the game did't feel as engaged as i would have liked. True enough we are able to drastically change the story will our decisions but i would've loved to influence the game even further with hands on scenes. VR would defiently be an interesting twist never thought abut that, future port maybe for the sequel?
quantum dream gets credit for being bold with the dark turns this story took, but like you said overall it's uniqueness is what makes it stand out among other releases.
great feedback loved your input.
