I very much prefer the old system. Easy to navigate, the videos were consistently available (unlike here, 2 vids inoperative and counting), and the style was just better.

Agatha Christie's Poirot (starring David Suchet, Hugh Frasier, Philip Jackson, and Pauline Moran) is another great detective series. Just as good as Sherlock.

One word: RYNO. Get on it. If not, do I even have to say it?

I'd really like to see an episode on Firaxis or Sid Meier games. I enjoyed Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri and Civil War(Antietam and Gettysburg).

For topics I'd like to see him cover:

1) Alternate Weapons technology (e.g. lasers, railguns, etc.)

2) Shields (that one might have gone very well with Halo, but that's just me)

3) Futurismic power generation (e.g. Anti-Matter-anything Star Trek, Tiberium-like element-C&C Tiberium series, etc.)

The name of the game is energy density. What's really holding back modern jetpack and rocket-propelled modes of transportation is that we can't make a fuel that has enough energy per unit of weight to achieve that kind of flight.

@UKwildcats14

I'd like to see that as well, though it would ultimately come down to the same problem: we don't have portable power systems with the kind of sustained output required for a military-grade personal laser weapon. What we can do with real-life lasers is build missile shields, either in land-based installations or on orbiting satellites.
