The increase of the GPU speed shouldn't matter or even be an issue. Minute differences in specs won't make any difference to the games. But too many fanboys do care and I have to say post there has been a lot of positive news regarding the Xbox and the PR people seem to have done it in a way so that the good news has been trickling out steadily; not all at once.
I think the only people who will buy this are a Elder Scrolls tragics who've played all games. The game mechanics and graphics are so different from each game that it will be off putting especially to anyone who has only played Skyrim.
The game must be pretty extreme if it's refused classification. But still I don't censorship isn't a bad thing. I know that if this game was released certain activist groups would be up in arms over it.
Sony fanboys are like little kids now that they don't have any more ammo to fire against Microsoft. I know Xbox One still has some issues but what about the PS4 - there's been no discussion that you have to pay to play online
A console that supports used games and doesn't require mandatory online connection should be a stock standard thing - there shouldn't be people rejoicing over this.
I don't get this hate towards always online. Always online is the future and it's why most devices and gadgets are focusing more and more on the online component. The world is changing and it's not what it was 10 years ago. Most people across the world (at least in more developed countries where Microsoft is targeting) have a reliable internet connection and have no problems with this. The success of MMOs and Steam have shown that. There are plenty of multiplayer focused games that have done well and a still popular.
I think with an always online console there are many things you can do that the other consoles won't be able to. It just a matter of making sure things run smoothly because it's the only reason why people have such disdain towards DRM and always online.
