My computer can handle high res (with a hit to frames per second) but medium looks about as good. I prefer performance over the greatest looking option in my games (shadows look nice but don't add anything to gameplay). The demo ran fine on my rig. I'm probably getting this game.
I think Microsoft is trying to force things to happen with releasing Vista. They want us to buy it. They want us to like it. Will we? Probably not. If anything I think Vista is a step backwards. Stick with XP for now you won't regret it. Much worse things are yet to befall Vista.
With all the **** that is in Vista its like a Trojan Horse. You get it, its pretty and has some cool features and plays the latest games. But then it ****s you with DRM and other features. I guess if all you do with your Windows machine is play games then I guess you should be fine.
How do you remove the DRM on vista? As far as I know the system protects its system files. If one gets moved or changed the system locksdown (or so I heard-->slashdot).
