5 months ago i go to a market and someone at a stall was selling a Mod Chip for ""backing up ;)"" your ps3 games. it was $110 bucks aud. The xbox 360 didnt take long to hack, to back the discs up you need a double layer dvd. NOW, to backup a ps3 game it costs almost if not more than buying the game original (not to mension the burner), and beleive me ive done my homework on this topic ;) If hackers wanted to hack the ps3, they'd have done it years ago. When the dvd starting being introduced around 2000, 5 years later most, if not, everyone had a dvd player 5 years later in 2005. Now its been over 5 years for blu ray, and people are just buying the ps3's. not 1 person i know has a blu ray player, just a ps3, how many people bought a ps2 back then for the dvd player?! They bought DVD PLAYERS, thats sonys way of making sales.
VCR to DVD = big difference. quality, ability to skip chaspters etc.
DVD - blu ray = only a quality difference on a good tv......thats it, big sh**
for something to be released to replace dvds and be MUCH better than dvds, its gotta be one dam good product.
