@gleencross: They need someone who isn't known for much who can then be known for being Bruce Wayne. Then that person has to have eyes-glued-to-the-screen-like chemistry with whomever they pick to actually be the joker (IMO Leto's joker is Jason Todd and not even a good one). Even if he's not in this one he will have to show up eventually or...well they failed at Batman again. It is by far his most important conflict with Joker pushing Batman to the edges of his sanity and testing his moralities which often spills out into Bruce Wayne's life. Then one top of that, they need to be able to fight (go figure) and if not just appear to be able to devastate opponents. I don't believe Affleck can fight (hollywood people have time to train this sort of thing so maybe) but I do believe he picked some stuff up along the way when he was crushing them mans in the warehouse. I don't think they have any of those things with Pattinson but what do we really know aside from a movie, a face, and his body of work. I want to be wrong but I am not holding my breath.

"Get him down on the ground and stomp on his face" - Gotham Generic Thug

I'm of the opinion that the Batman from the Arkham series (which is the batman from the animated series as they were written by the same people) should be what every person trying to capture the role should strive to be. I get the feeling this will not be that...and will suffer for it.

I guess they'll have to write the complexities of the character of Bruce Wayne out of this one. Not like they have ever been able to capture that effectively or find someone who can play Bruce Wayne and Batman both. So this time they went and found someone who can do neither. That coupled with the fact that the age gap between him and the Joker is now way too big (there is a gap and Joker is said to be older...not 25 years older though). There isn't a fanboy alive who could sell me on this being the best choice. Not when there are people like Tom Hopper who actually fits the Bruce Wayne build and Batman's actual build (he isn't actually supposed to be wearing that much armor it was all about being trained to physical and mental peak) he wouldn't really need to change his weight. Whereas I knew for a fact that Pattinson or Hoult would have had to transform themselves much like Tom Hardy when he became Bane. Once again, nobody can sell me on this (nobody is really trying or will try) but to be honest it was the same with Heath Ledger and he killed it (very poor choice of words). That all said, this will be hit or miss. Nobody would be happier than I if it turns out I'm wrong because Batman and his world is a huge part of my childhood and I would like to see it done right (Nolan's trilogy would have been close barring the ridiculous death metal batman voice, armor that proved he missed the whole point of batman, and the horrors that befell his last installment).

Very few missions = no real way to make money

No big things to buy = nothing to spend said money on (even the best horses require a ridiculously high level..go figure i never knew rockstar to keep us from spending money)

Once you buy the clothes you like, the guns you want and upgrade them, and decide what horse you want to buy when you lvl up enough to buy it (WACK AS HELL) there really isn't much to do that is unique or entertaining. GTA has hundreds of missions story or otherwise, heists, and so forth. It's early but this game doesn't have much at all certainly not as much as GTAO did at launch even. Beautiful map and world they created but online there simply isn't much to do. Just replay the story if you want your fill of RDR you'll get much more out of it.

I got your answers right here...mostly.

1. Slavery happens...its pretty clear enough she was freedoms only driving force out there with exception to Grey Worm whom I suspect will be quite busy...

2. The debt was paid in the season previous.

3. Quite dead by the end of it horribly to be sure either when the red keep came down or by choking on the dust after.

4. Wherever he wants really likely valyria where he last went when free (and quite full after eating his mother's corpse)

5. The only question I cannot answer with confidence.

6. He knew what would happen after he survived Winterfell don't think he banked on them making it out of that.

7. He is north of the wall (what remains of it) where name and heritage account for nothing to either the black brothers of the nights watch (what remains of them) or the wildlings (what very little remain of them)...so no it doesn't matter.

Poor set work on what was easily the worst scene of the finale. It was like they were making fun of the show they were on. They make the biggest decision ever made in westeros and they do it with no smallfolk present whatsoever so no witnesses aside from the wealthy (a bad start to be sure). They go on to choose Bran, a boy, a cripple, and someone absolutely nobody knows about. A good choice (sort of) but wasn't the whole point of Dany doing what she did because she could not rule with love so she did it with fear. Bran has neither of those things the people don't know anything about him. When they swore him in the people left alive to see it must have been like "who is this boy now? We've had 2 children serve already...and very poorly!"

Queen for all of 10 seconds before being stabbed by the man she loved. Who was expecting that...everyone. For a series that did everything but play it safe there was a whole lot of that going on in the end. Everyone ends up more or less where they began but with more and far less family to share it with...and of course some people died (though only one died this episode unless you count the Lannister prisoners)

Seems to me a bit of a letdown. Everyone more or less ended up where they started but with more than they started with with exception to those that ended up dead. Jon ends up at the wall where he started really but now he's king beyond the wall (they said nothing of the sort but we all know). Arya started off seeing the world (at the time heading to kings landing was seeing the world as she had never left winterfell) and where is she now but exploring the rest of it. Sansa started off a foolish girl with dreams of being queen and barring all the horrible things that befell her ended up more or less where she wanted to and where she thought she would be. Grey Worm started out a slave in a distant land now he is freeing slaves in a distant land. Sir Davos started off an advisor to a would be king now is an advisor to a different actual king. Tyrion started off an imp taking an unlikely post as hand of the king and now is serving as the hand of a very different king but a king nonetheless. Just to name a few.

The only people that didn't end up where anyone thought they would be was Bran and of course Drogon. Not saying he was a bad choice for king but not who I think anyone would have chosen which made it a tolerable conclusion to that bit of business. Drogon on the other hand, not so much. Jon Snow will live on in song through the 7 kingdoms as being the luckiest man who ever lived. That dragon would have and should have killed him but instead melts the throne and carries his mother off (most likely to eat her there I said it). I figured if Jon didn't get eaten or burned for his part in that mess, the dragon would follow him north (dragon blood and all that) but that didn't happen either. In either case he lived to tell the tale and becomes the luckiest man in Westeros....ever.
