Anybody else wondering what the point is of building a MyPlayer with all stats and no moves to equip? The ankle breaker badge is useless without iso moves you cannot equip because they're not in the demo. The showtime badge is worthless without being able to equip a decent layup or dunk which of course you cannot because demo (acrobat and relentless finisher also rendered worthless). You can't even change your post moves making all those badges kinda useless too. They gave us half a builder. How can you determine the success of your build without playing more than one game against more than one team? They didn't think this through at all.

@aross2004: Has it? Has it really? Because people are still playing D2 19 years later. That's TONS of replay value. This game will not do that nor will it come close. It has replay value until you get every set which can be done in 3 weeks per character if your at it hard enough.

I might be a little salty that this game wasn't better than the previous can't ya tell. They certainly had the time to make it so.

@TJDMHEM: It is...for about 3 weeks maybe a little more. Then it gets pretty boring after you've done everything. Some replay value but very little.

@Kathos: Yeah cuz you couldn't total cars in old need for speeds at all...no damage ever shown. Yeah why don't you play some underground and speak. Forza has a rewind button and I honestly think that would be awesome after a spectacular crash with the tech we have these days. Game is looking pretty photoreal. An opportunity missed is all I'm saying. They wanna stand out like all devs do. You won't get that by doing the same stuff again and again.

I don't consider nfs to be arcade (takedown) or full sim (project cars). Somewhere in between i think. Still you could show a bit more damage.

So...no softbody physics to speak of...tremendous disappointment. Hard to blame the dev tho i'm sure the car companies giving licenses for the use of their cars don't want people to see what happens when that car hits a concrete partition at 150mph. Bunch of pansies.

When they came under a microscope for microtransactions thing they decided that they would put less pay to win style microtransactions in every genre except sport games to which they would be putting in much more. Their reason and they went as far as to say this outright, was because people who play those games don't seem to care as much about being bled for every cent they can. That right there is extremely scummy and the very reason why I will never pay for a Madden, FIFA, NHL, and certainly not their crappy basketball game that gets crushed by 2k every year (so much so that for a while they stopped making them). They killed dead space, command and conquer, along with many more, and have cancelled more star wars games than they will ever produce. They also don't perform on the titles they make. Mass effect was great when just Bioware now the franchise that could have been their flagship is now struggling to exist. So they make bad games, destroy good studios, and bleed the masses for every penny they can.
