I wouldn't be bothered by it, just more innocent character models to shoot bullets at. However I think it could add a lot more realism to it and also, could open up kidnapping/ransom missions, total russian mafia stuff. Might even give Jack Thompson a heart attack. And for the real GTA fans...riot mode, where you fear the children because they shoot back.
