@l0ve: still not working for me. It keeps prompting the update and then when I hit "Yes, update now" it takes me to a black screen that says "Cant download the update. To test your connection, open System Settings and slect Netwowrk Settings, Test Xbox Live Connection." I dont know what the problem is.

Im not downloading anything on my computer. Im not having a problem downloading the update, I'm having a problem getting the download to start at all. But thanks for your input, its appreciated none the less.

Glad I'm not the only one, maybe MS is having a problem.

Yeah I agree. I think thats what Nintendo is doing right now which is why we havent seen a new one in a long time.

@ gacs_25: I mainly put a case on my DSi because I carry it with my in my pocket alot and I don't want it to get damaged. I'm still enjoying the system and it's design alot and I don't use the case constantly, just when I'm carry it with me. I'd prefer, years down the line, for my console to still look nice.

Mine has the same probelms unfortunatly. I bought a case that covers up the scratches but I don't like to use it all the time.
