Sony is definitely going to have a hard time in the fourth quarter selling PS3s. With the Wii price point and 4M availability I predict that the PS3 is going to go the way of the NeoGeo. Remember that beastie? It was just far too expensive for your average gamer to afford and there were plenty of other, cheaper alternatives. They say history repeats itself and this is going to be a prime example. Throw in the fact that Sony lost the GTA4 exclusivity and that Wii has Twilight Princess at launch, you can make a good case that this is the nail in the coffin for the PS3. Sony might still have a few tricks up its sleeve, but I'm going to buy some short options on their stock right now!
