@neoprime: I haven't played too much of it, maybe 8-10 hours. It has plenty of content for its asking price - I still haven't tried half of the game modes. Whenever I hear people get upset over it having no content I think that it's nonsence from a bunch of hate-train conformists. Of course it would have been better if the game had 32 maps instead of 16. But it would also be better if someone randomly showed up at my door and gave me a million bucks. I try to stay on the realistic side. It's a fun arcadey online shooter with impecable visual-audio presentation and old school-ish gunplay.

I for one have been into video and computer games since very early nineties - I love video games, as pieces of entertainment, as a medium, their place in today's entertainment industry, their value as pieces of art and their role in the global economy. I play a lot of games and try to keep myself informed on new developments in this field... And I absolutely use the word "gamer" as an insult and try to avoid being called one. Same reasons as you listed.

I disagree with a lot of your opinions and I think you are way too biased at times, but thumbs up for a relatively constructive comment.

@oflow: Traditionally R6 games had a significant SP component, hence people familiar with the franchise (and drawn to this title based on their love for previous installments) expect that SP component.

I don't get the same complaint about Battlefront, when people say : "no campaign- no buy", because Battlefront has ALWAYS been a multiplayer game with a rudimentary "campaign" with bots tacked-on on the side. This is not the case with R6, as the campaigns there have always been a large part of the experience.

Man it's ridiculous that this guy wants money for his game. Everything should be given for free to us.

Jade Empire is an amazing game, wish I had finished it back when my Xbox worked!

The game certainly looks gorgeous and has the best Star Wars feeling of most SW games I've played. Had a group of my real life friends who live in various parts of the world get together online for the first time since Black Ops 1 to play this - was a lot of fun.
