Diablo is not quite a RPG in the sense that the others are.... but a good list, IMO.

Also: Planescape, Eye of the Beholder, and the first Might and Magic.

Consuming pork is an abominable act in the Qu'ran, as it is in the Torah in the book of Deutoronomy. So a person who is Jewish is forbidden to eat it.

The goverments of Sweden and Singapore do it pretty well. And look at how rich and effective they are. You're logic fails, terribly. :|

In your failed attempt to be clever, you simply seem to ignore the fact that because the government regulates the "vice" industries in those nations, those nations are not thriving due to the legalizations, but in spite of it. Sweden derives most of its wealth due to textile trade amongst privately owned companies within their private sector, and a serious thriving engineering sector. Singapore is wealthy due to being home of some of the world's most brilliant economists in the export trade.

Even though drugs and prostitution is legal, is does not change the fact that it cannot be regulated. Even if something is illegal, people find a way to do what they want to do regardless. People (whores and dope addicts, in particular) haven't been outfitted with microchips (yet), so it is impossible for a governmental entity to monitor each and every person participating in acts of vice. Regulation is simply a form of governmental profiteering, not control.

Yes, I know that these goverments only regulate them, and I know why they are rich. I probably know more about Singapore's economy than you do, but anyone can if they look hard enough. You make it out as if this regulation would be a major obstacle in the development and growth of a nation, they are obviously not, as you can see. And of course people will still do illegal things even if it's regulated, but that means it's harder for them to do so. Legalizing and regulating prostitution will protect those involved.

It is better to protect than it is to keep it banned. Because keeping prostitution illegal and unregulated will only make things worse.

When did I ever state regulation would hinder a nation's growth??? You're making a argument with someone who oroginally posted that prostitution should NOT be banned, nor should drugs. Regulating prostitution only controls the $$$ flow, not the actual practice of. People have very clever ways of prostituting themselves: just ask a professional athlete about golddiggers. There is no true way to regulate the human body. PERIOD.

BTW - Germany regulates drugs....and now spends a great deal of its economy on rehab centers. Just visit Frankfurt and see....

If it is against Hebrew law to eat pork, are Jews who eat it not really Jewish? Or is this a "religious v.s. ethnic" arguement?

Earlier today, I saw a friend of mine eating a BLT..... and he's Jewish!

FYI - legalization and regulation are 2 entirely different things.

Weed, for example, is illegal for the private sector to possess. It is, however, regulated for medicinal use.

How in the HELL can any government regulate something that can't be regualted - which is what an individual does with their OWN BODY? It's the same dumb argument about not legalizing drugs - why would anyone shiv a git if someone tears up their body with opiates, barbiturates, and depressants?

Wake up people: to ban one thing will eventually lead to someone banning your thing.

And I happen to dislike prostitution and drugs....
