Bring it to PS4.

@madgame23: Initially, the only MG game I had played was the original Metal Gear Solid on PSone. I remember really enjoying it overall. After that, I couldn't keep up with all the sequels and spin-offs, partly because a little while after finishing Solid, I moved to Europe for a couple years and didn't have access to video games, and simply because I got into other series more.
Since returning to the states, the only other exposure I've had to MG was a friend showing me a quasi 20 min. long cutscene from 4, and more significantly, finishing Ground Zeroes. The only reason I played GZ was because it was the free PS plus version; I thought I'd just try it out. Turned out, I really liked it. So now, with this renewed interest in the series, I'm trying to decide on whether to pick up the HD collection or the legacy collection..(any thoughts?) Right now, I'm leaning more towards the 3 game set, simply because I'm not a huuugge MG fan, and because I want to catch up on the core stories as quickly as possible (not into watching YouTube videos of it all) so I can more fully appreciate 5 a little later.
Good job GS on again, not doing your research (there have been games with open-world stealth before this: Far Cry 3/4, Dishonored, and The Saboteur to name a few). Also, great job on spoiling quite a few hidden secrets from earlier Metal Gear Games for those who haven't played them yet. Sure they're old(er) now but since some of your staff in this same video recommend going back and playing them first, you really dropped the ball there.
I personally could never get into GOW, and I played a little of both 1 and 2, both times cooperatively. For me, the story just felt too paper thin and the characters (in the ones I played) were way too 2 dimensional to be interesting. The other thing that really grated was how "tiny" most of the gun (shooting) sound effects sounded. It was like they were just an afterthought in a game where most everything else was over-the-top.
Sweet! To me personally, this is def a better month than most of the last few. I'm especially excited for Super Time Force and Twisted Metal (glad I waited for it to drop in price). Never played Xeodrifter but it looks like it could be fun too.
Love how the update to the article doesn't correct the previous error, only repeats it. Quality. (shakes head).
@Ripper_TV: Just read it. Quite the story. Just wonder now if he'll ever come back with the explanation of his own apparent fabrication. ;)
Just checked out the sale including a lot of the other items besides games and all I can say is wow, what a huge load of hypecrap. Seriously, there are hardly any deals available for as big a deal as this sale is touted, and what is there is mostly a whole lot of junk. I even looked at upcoming deals and what's listed at least doesn't excite either. All the more disappointing because I normally like Amazon and get a lot of good deals through them.
