As far as I know, the major difference between the high end 80 GB and the 60 GB is backwards compatibility. The 60 GB has PS2 hardware built in, whereas the 80 GB software emulation for its backwards compatibility. Both have the same number of USB ports, 4, and built in memory card readers.neonknight47

If you have many older titles this might be a consideration..neonknight is correct with above info !! With all the new games coming out and all the current ones now available I'm happy. But I don't have a collection of PS2 titles and certainly this would be a consideration if you do !!

80 gig . 80 gig,80 gig

Why skimp on something you have looked forward to so much?? GO FOR IT ! :)

I WAS a hard core PC gamer..now sadly only I use this PC to check email and blog a little .

I really like and use my 80 gig at least 4+ hrs /day and finding more things I like about it all the time.

The Blue Ray DVD's on my HDMI+ Bose 5.1 surround makes the games just better to play, what can I say?

Hope you like yours !!!

DON'T WIG !! GET AN 80 GIG !!
