This IP is right next to Dishonored in terms of interesting and unique world. There are almost no games like this in whole year, others are either half-assed on-the-cheap indie or boring, brain-dead and 100x recycled "AAA's".

@thecupidstunts: That sound like a HW overheating problem.

Problem with this game is that I hate progress/health bar on enemies and their levels, ala Ubisoft. Also bullets don't often connect. Another is cheap look like 2nd tier and too arcade feel of gameplay. Dialogues in cutscenes were actually quite funny. 4-5/10 Average or slight below for today's market and what from thousands and thousands of games already exist.

This was a very well written, objective review. I was giving up on GS but this guy saved the day. As for the game, I suspect it will be some ~7/10-ish for me but I haven't played it yet.

Some people really like to pay twice for same product. Being "solid enough" and "story don't matter, its ok" is a cheap excuse for a 60-100$ game. You are paying for a slightly upgraded textures in a same(?) engine. With so many great games in existence, where you can buy plenty of them for such money, this is such a ripoff. Only buy this if you want to support stale developers and fast forward your life toward its end repeating same thing.

9/10 for the most boring non-game ever made. I literally don't know what to tell you. Please, get another job and never ever review games again.

@gotrekfabian: I completed Valhalla in about 72h and still didn't get a final ending of whole series original cosmic purpose. It sucked me dry.
