I really also hope this isn't a 'Move' exclusive game as well, because I really don't enjoy games with the motion controller and prefer the standard DS3.

I have made a pretty in depth comparison between both versions and while the game is virtually identical on both consoles when installed to the HD', the only benifit to this seems to be shorter load times.
I noticed problems occur a bit more on the PS3 version, but not by much.... On the other hand, when I play the game directly from the disk on the 360, it's virtually flawless. When installed to the HD, not only do I get visual problems, but audio seems to sparatically go out, especially when I reach a checkpoint. If let's say Sheva is talking, Her mouth will keep moving with NO audio until it's finished loading or saving.
Personally, I miss the typewriter! lol.... Anyway, if you have the 360 version, try playing from the disk, you'll have longer loads, but it looks a whole lot better.
BioShock was amazing. It was artistic, sad, beautiful and had amazing - and I mean amazing writing. You could teach a class on the story.NAPK1NS
It really is just fantastic, the amount of thought and care that went into the game canliterallybe felt in each room and new floor you enter. I can't wait to play again.
Well, I have to agree with you. Just on creativity alone, Bioshock is one of the best games ever made. Don't get me wrong, COD4 was a great game, and the online is killer, but it's another war game. GTA4 same thing, I think it's a very well made game but it's a GTA gameplainand simple. Bioshock? That's something that you don't see too often and it's a shame that itdidn'tget GOTY, . . my feeling is that if it would have come out later in the year it would of at least ad more of a chance. I still say that it is very political, and we are not seeing the whole picture.
When that whole Kane & Lynch thing happened here, it raised a lot of red flags for me and made me realize just how much money is as stake when a series of good or bad reviews are given. Pressure is put on sites and reviewers alike, and I am sure, . no I am positive that either gifts or money or advertising changes hands, . . again it comes down to the mighty buck. We need some serious fan based sites that give honest reviews and as tempting as it might be to accept a gun metal PS3 package they have to say NO. . . I never see any disclaimers stating that gifts never exchange hands which leads me to believe if it's just like every other multi-million dollar company in every other field where bribes and payola is , . ;. just the way it is, except it's called a token ofappreciationor gratitude.
I hope this is the right place to put this, if not Mods please lock.
With the anouncement of Warner going to Blu ray and leaving HD-DVD, Microsoft most defiantly won't intigrate a HD-DVD drive in it's console becuse HD-DVD is pretty much dead. So, next gen Sony will still be using Blu ray disc while the Xbox will still be using DVD9? Or will sony let Microsoft use thier format? Becuase with DVD9 it is NOT truly 1080p high definition. If Sony doesn't let M$ use their, format how will M$ make any games? Surely gamers will not want a played out DVD9 format:?
Oh, and one more thing, the Next PS3 will have a HD drive while the 360 won't. That will lead more people to buy the PS3, Am I right? Let me know what you guys think...

Sony uses plenty of MS software and MSlicensedproduct in their gear, . unless Sony wants to play hardball with a company that can outright buy them or at least make it tough to use MS products in their gear, they wouldn't be that foolish to open up that can of worms. My thought is that MS will license out the ability for a 3rd party to come in and make a bluray add-on just like the one that's out now, that's if bluray takes off. People are NOT eager to replace their dvd libraries with another format at the moment, NOT going into a recession, and not when a good upscaling dvd player looks pretty darn good. Also, downloads are the next big thing anyway, people want to do everything from there computers, including renting HD movies.
