@Gelugon_baat: A 'couple' of aspects... haha, nice one. Honestly, as a fan of Joe Mad's art, that was the first thing I noticed with the character's art. It is what it is though, no point complaining.

I was unable to back it, but I really wish I had. Since a Switch version was promised, I'm holding out for that. Hopefully the game will be more tightly refined by the time it comes out. Looks amazing...

@Renunciation: Yeah, I barely notice that box. I always skim right past it, but you're right, it is there. My bad for being unobservant.

@ydnarrewop: Really? Awesome. I prefer my adventures on handhelds. It only says PS4 up there so I just assumed. I was going to get it either way but now I'm even more interested.

Looks like it's something worth diving into. Would have been nice for Vita though.

Not sure about that parry mechanic, and I'm guessing the intentionally vague thing they considered bad is regarding the space jump...I remember that being weird to control when I first played the ori...

I bought this for my son on Steam and he can't stop playing it. I may have to try it myself sometime.

  • Dualmask posted a message on the post Agents Of Mayhem Review.

@Sgt_Crow: Agreed. Everything doesn't have to be grimdark and hyper realistic. It's so strange how some people think everything should cater to their preferences alone. If one likes gritty realistic l...

  • Dualmask posted a message on the post Mega Man Legacy Collection 2 Review.

They could have just re-released the Anniversary Collection, added MM 9-10 to justify $10 more (not really but meh, incentive) and sold it as one release this gen. But no, gotta maximize the cash grab...

  • Dualmask posted a message on the post Final Fantasy 12: The Zodiac Age Review.

I played this pretty heavily, and wrote a pretty in-depth review of it myself back when it came out on PS2. But then, I didn't actually beat it. The more I played it, the less I liked the gambit syst...

  • Dualmask posted a message on the post Spider-Man: Homecoming Review.

@d9000: I didn't mind Garfield as Peter. Certainly more interesting than Tobey's later portrayals. Green Goblin was definitely forced into that film, no question, but I found Electro to be fun (one di...

  • Dualmask posted a message on the post Spider-Man: Homecoming Review.

@caryslan2: Good list. I'd add Blade to the Classic Tier (although many don't recognize it as a Marvel super hero movie). Blade II a little lower, and Blade: Trinity at rock bottom.

  • Dualmask posted a message on the post Spider-Man: Homecoming Review.

Amazing Spider-Man 2 was a good movie, I'm not sure why all the hate. But I'm still looking forward to seeing this. It's not so much about getting Spidey right as it is about having him actually be pa...

  • Dualmask posted a message on the post SNES Classic Edition Coming In September With The Never-Released Star Fox 2.

@7tizz: unfortunately, Uniracers can't be legally sold anymore due to some issue with Pixar, IIRC. They successfully sued over the animated unicycles. Shame, because that was a wonderfully unique game...

  • Dualmask posted a message on the post SNES Classic Edition Coming In September With The Never-Released Star Fox 2.

People don't buy these things primarily for the games, but for the novelty of it. Sure, there are easier (and less legal) ways to play all those games and more, but Nintendo fans will be all over it ...

  • Dualmask posted a message on the post Why Monster Hunter: World Leaves Behind Handhelds For Home Consoles And PC.

I'm glad MHWorld is coming. If Monster Hunter needed to get to current gen consoles to evolve, that's great. I loved playing it on the 3DS/PSP, but it was getting long in the tooth and the graphics a...

  • Dualmask posted a message on the post E3 2017: Samus Returns Is The Metroid You've Been Waiting For.

This should have been made for Switch with better visuals. Not that the 3DS graphics are bad, but the Switch could use more support and 2D is a fine genre of game for any console, might as well put i...

    @Syferonik: Really? So I guess that's it...oh well.

  • Dualmask posted a message on the post E3 2017: Monster Hunter World Is A Big Change For The Series.

I'm a die hard MH fan and I go where MH goes if it's good. Fortunately, MH will continue on Nintendo too, but I'm interested in this. Since I have friends who, unlike me, despise handhelds (I prefer t...
