I'll have to remember that as I did not do so during the tutorial robbery but fortunately the shop keeper did not shoot back and let me run out of the store safely. What's REALLY weird is that you also trigger the hold-up even by "punching the air".

This really feels liked an extension of the first Dead Island. If you hated the first game, this will not be any better. I was really hoping they would add and change more gameplay mechanics in order to constitute it being a brand new game. Also, like the first game, it doesn't scale well for solo play so expect to be overwhelmed quite a lot if rushed by several zombies at once (it gets much worse in cramped quarters). Good challenge factor mind you as you can go from full health to near death very quickly if you are not careful.
