@lost2bfound You actually bring up one of the most valid points on M-Rated games. Some parents simply do not care what their child is doing in this world; whether its what they watch, who they associate with, their schooling, etc. These parents are too quick to blame EVERYONE and EVERYTHING ELSE but themselves because its easier to say GTA made my child kill rather than, "I'm a bad parent."

Is it the industry's fault? I would honestly say they are part of the problem, but the money has to come from somewhere right? Parents who do a half ass job parenting, who give their kids $60 to spend on video games without overseeing their purchase... THOSE are the main problem.

If an M-Rated game called Call of Rape Fist Battle Toad Assualt Columbine 4 came out... chances are, its not meant for anyone less than 18...

If it was me, I would honestly not allow retailers to sell ANY M-Rated game to someone less than 18. But how do you police that?! Whats to stop a parents buying that game only to turn around and hand it to their 12 yr old, you can't.. Thats why the FIRST and ONLY line against things like this are parents.

Short answer: No.

Any of you guys fire a gun, it takes a lot of concentration, trigger pull, sight alignment, breathing just to make it inside a box from 8 yards away.

Rapid Fire and double tap? Only in Hollywood, I'll bet anyone hard cash you can't double tap a target from 8 yards. Go ahead and empty a full clip from 5 yards away... see how accurate you are after the FIRST shot

Only those COMPLETELY IGNORANT would somehow justify that being good in GTA, CoD, BF, or any shooter/ M-rated game would make you a better gunman or even a killer -_-;

@---Cipher--- Exactly sums it up... the company was mismanaged, funds were mismanaged. The fact that it was state backed and not say... Bank of America, Chase, or big banking institutions should have raised a few eyebrows.

Whoever was in the state that agreed to this loan should be fired along with their supervisors. None of this gets passed unless multiple people agree on it.

Its a bad investment and someone should have done their homework on 38 Studios more. When you think about it... an ex baseball player wanting to start his own video game studio....kinda farfetched to be signing off on a loan...

I have no experience in building a car, would RI lend me money to startup one....

@spaghettialex Definitely! When WoW first started there were server crashes left and right. I think they also decided to give extra play time to those affected as well.

Its always better to err at the side of caution. You don't want to invest in a lot of servers only to find out that 1/4 of them are being unused. Its always easier to add than take away.

Side note; the game is good! Not great mind you, but good. DEFINITE improvement over the original turd. I would say to just be patient but that may be asking too much =P

Would have been nice if it was released on the same date as the PS4. I would be a bloodbath for consumers.

@Xbox1SinceDay1 @BradBurns I'm pretty sure that a company that makes a cool billion can afford to drop to almost $200,000 to keep the managers happy through Holiday season to put up with the crazy shoppers.

@mr_tootsie @decoy1978 Yeah but that was suppose to be a jab that D3 had no stat allocation to begin with. Sorry for being vague.

@feleas @decoy1978 @Deadman_est1982 How are you progressing though, the overall feel of the game when you level up is not exciting. You have nothing to look forward to once you gain a level. Everything is literally spoon fed to you in D3. So why are you playing it again? Story? Loot? You basically are wearing down your mouse button X hours for what!?

What made D2 really good was that you actually have to plan out a certain route for your character. That made every skill point important. That made each stat allocation important. I honestly think that made D2 such a success.

Obviously I'm not wrong because the majority agrees with me. Those of us who played D2 know whats up... D3 was a travashamockery of the franchise.

If you enjoyed the game, thats cool man. But to the majority it was a disappointment.

I honestly didn't care about the AH. The game was boring in that you couldn't customize your skills. They hand fed you a skill every X level and you unlocked a rune every Y level. Coupled that you really couldn't distribute your stat the way you wanted to in D2 made this game just 20 hours of wearing down my mouse button.

If I wanted to build a Barbarian solely for INT for the heck of it, why stop me...Yeah I won't go far, but its my character and I do what I want of it.

Loot was very unimaginative. It wasn't until the later patches that things started looking good, but by then I couldn't care less. You would think that Blizzard had 15 years to perfect the transition from D2 to D3...

hehehe Reaper of Wallets.... man thats still cracks me up...
