Ridiculous. Even in the context of a video game, I don't believe that Bethesda can or should have the right to own the word "fallout" exclusively.

I mean, okay, if they made an RPG with many similarities to Fallout, then I would call it copyright infringement, but this isn't even close.

But let's not forget.... this is the same company that filed a lawsuit because another developer named their game Scrolls.

Yeah, I agree with this review. So much filler. It's one of the most boring and repetitive games I've ever played. Not scary in the slightest. I'm on chapter 15 so far, but I'm probably going to sell the game.

I hope SOMA and Silent Hills do not disappoint. The last survival horror game that I truly enjoyed was Amnesia: The Dark Descent, and that was a long time ago.

They did, sort of. Give Bravely Default a chance. I personally don't like it that much, but old school FF fans that like 1 - 6 the most love it. What I really want is another game like Final Fantasy IX. I don't think I'll ever play a better turn based RPG than that.

Depends on what you mean by finish. If you mean the main story, I did FFX in about 26 hrs. I'm pretty sure all of them can be done within under 40 hrs.

You have no connection what so ever to the characters because you haven't played the game, so you haven't even the faintest idea of what their story is. You're basically judging them entirely based on appearance, which is silly. That isn't a real criticism to begin with. Just your personal bias on how you think characters should be. If that's going to ruin the game for you, you probably shouldn't play the game.

I mean, going into the original inFamous... I didn't give a crap about Cole, but by the end of the game, I liked the character a lot.

From what I noticed, not too many people are hating on it because it's taking forever to come out. It's because of really silly reasons like

a) It's not turn based.

b) This is nothing like FF7.

c.) All the characters look like girls.

People always find something to hate. This game looks amazing, and I really don't get the hate at all. The internet is filled with bitching contests, I guess.
