In New Leaf, its different.

In this game you can decide if they move or not, they will tell you what date they plan on moving and you can say "Don't go!" or "Good bye!"

Sometimes they'll wind up staying, though. Or other times they'll move anyway even if you tell them not to. It's not a system I like, I preferred it back when they'd just move randomly.

Fallout 3.

I just can't get into New Vegas no matter how many times I try. The world is boring to explore, the story isn't interesting and the sidequests aren't that good either.

The game does have better gameplay though, much more smooth.

I could actually finish Fallout 3's story, the ending could have been better but.. it wasn't bad.  I got halfway through the story in New Vegas and I just.. lost interest. Mods are the only reason I still play that game.

I can't wait for this.

Wasn't a huge fan of the second game, but the first one was really good, one of my favorite games of all time. Can't wait to experience it all over again.

Sleeping Dogs.

Tomb Raider is short, and the multiplayer is kinda bad.

Tomb Raider has a good story, but once you beat the game there isn't much to do other than collect all of the GPS caches/complete all the tombs/etc.

If the enemies actually respawned, this game would have more replay value. Unfortunately they don't, so if you kill all of the enemies and beat the game, you won't have anyone to fight when you go to complete other tasks making it kind of boring.

You can't really go wrong with either game, though.

I don't think that either game has been announced for a next-gen release.

They might go next-gen, they might not. We just have to wait and see.

You can play your games offline.

If you're asking if you can play titles from the PlayStation Store offline, you can unless the game requires a constant internet connection (like an MMO.)
