they claims they did not want to re-animate the cutscenes in order to keep the original spirit intact... Ok then what is the reason to advertise the re-animated version in their official page?

If they did believe not re-animating the scenes are better, wouldn't they be using the scenes currently in game ( graphically updated, top view scenes) instead of the close up animated scene from Blizzcon to advertise reforged?

It seems they put as little effort in the respond as they did with reforged.

@mattcake: Totally agree. their maps and environment are gorgeous, clearly they put a lot of effort in the art. (assassin's creed, far cry, etc). The games look so well, but in the end they can all be summarize to : capture small fort to gain territory and capture "radio towers" to reveal map.

so essentially occulus rift asked consumer to donate money so it could grow larger, large enough for a larger company to buy with top dollars?

I thought they were asking for donation so they could stay independent from larger companies and thus make decisions better for consumer. But it appears that we got PLAYED.

@COMICBUFF1 : well if game mechanism are similar it is understandable. But when cut scenes are using same movement but just a different skin, there's a problem.

you can search "ghost copy mw2" you will find a cut scene from ghost with characters using the exact same body movement as mw2 ending scene. EXACT same. just different skin. If other game lose points from being similar to predecessor and cod copy/pasting isn't even mentioned, there is a lack of consistency, don't you think?

why they keep boosting stuff? essentially xone have overclocked gpu and cpu now. They wish their machine to have shorter life span so consumer have to buy more often or what? Specs were fine why boost it? overheat will cause much more bad reputation than gain thanks to overclocking.

the 3D effect on 3DS which 2ds removed isn't really game changing. it wont change game mechanics.

Is there any game that must be played with 3D effect on?(like if you turn the 3d slider off, game will stop and tell you to plz turn it on or you won't be able to proceed.) If not, why will there be? In other words, if they make a 2DS only game, it's like making a DS game and if they make a 3DS game while giving you option to turn 3d off, there's nothing alienating 2DS player.

they should just make a 2DS looks like DSi or something with slide screen and market it as a cheaper version of 3DS for those who don't use 3D features.

market this as handheld for 5~ 7 years old is bad idea. Now if someone wants to buy this due to the price, they'll think twice because it is market as a version of "3DS" for little kids

so, all their franchises will deliver pay to win experience later on?

I think they better just make diablo 4, cuz many gamers were disappointed about the features(auction house, always online, connection problem etc) and lack of feature( lack of pvp, weak end game content,etc) of diablo 3, they might not even consider about this expansion.

making diablo 4, blizzard can start everything fresh, not making same mistakes as they did in diablo 3.
