@rolento25: I love Fallout 2, 3 & games like STALKER and disagree about FO4 being a disappointment. I think the vocal minority come out in full force the more popular a game gets, the transition happened when Minecraft was less well known.

@bfa1509: Gamespot isn't a collective consciousness. It's a company that consist of multiple reviewers with different views and aren't forced upon their will to evade negative critique on popular games such as Call of Duty. Destiny rings a bell.

I've been hooked on this game for about 3-4 weeks now. Build your own bases, intercept UFO's, upgrade your soldiers, save the world. There needs to be more games like this, they're so fun and rewarding to play.

I think it's one of those things where the novelty will wear away fast. I upgraded my monitor from 1280x1080 to 1920x1080 and I take it for granted and didn't ever really long for a bigger screen.

@SurlyPotato Mght as well say "20 mil on preorders for XX, how disturbing". Reality is most people donate £20-£40 each, for a game like this, it's worth it.

Well I notice every damn review for a high status game gets flocks of people complaining in an over the top way how inaccurate the review is. Why complain so much and even go as far as suggesting the reviewer should get fired? it's very selfish and prejudice behavior and gets me so worked up, herd mentality.

@devak108 GTAIV was out 6 years ago. standards move on. You wouldn't expect certain games to be rated the same if they were re-released.

Can't wait to play this at 12am, headphones on, lights out. I wish OR was out now though :(

I can't wait to try the OR out, first game I'll try is Star Citizen. I just hope it doesn't immerse you too much :S
