Just go check your farm after EVERY quest at the start for the basic new-player stuff... After a while, you'll need to go and get specific stuff.

Just hang in there, the game takes a while to get used too. I've played only for 150 hours and still don't consider myself anywhere near experienced. There's players who've played for 500+ and still find it challenging.

Anyway, you can set up X-link through the WIFI max, so another bonus. If you can't get a true router, go for it.

That's one of those features that have been floating around in the rumours for most of the more recent update ( I've seen it rumoured for 3.5 and ups)
