If this is true, I cannot believe you are wasting your time posting a topic and waiting for replies. There are a million other proper, and mroe immediate, things you can do:

1. Call the police, they will keep you anonymous
2. Call the police from a payphone
3. Write a letter and drop it off at the police station with the evidence
4. Write a letter and drop it off on the principals desk with the evidence
5. Tell your parents and let them handle it

Calling the local cops won't really help. The kid said tomorrow, so there's still plenty of time. It's not in my town, it's in California. I'm emailing the principal right now.

What you do is just a report that you saw a threat on a website, it's not like you are a witness, you should simply report it as a potential threat that they should keep an eye on and not as a hard fact. There is no way they are going to think it's you who made the threat and i'm pretty sure they can take care of the rest. In any case, you haven't witness anything nor will you. There is nothing to lose, who know, they might bust the kid on his way to school with firearms in his backpack, if not he's gonna have a nice little speech with the police and will never ever troll again with something like that if it's fake.

Alright, thanks. I don't think they'll be able to catch this kid because both his IP and the thread he made are long gone. I'm going to email the principal with a description and the screenshot, so they can at least be ready tomorrow if he does show up. By the way, can you see the screenshot now?

My family has cut off my mom's grandparents because they are d-bags, one of my uncles because he's a cheater, gambler, and a general douche, and my mom has stayed out of contact with my dad's side uncle and aunt. I agree with Ninja-Bear. The thing we got out of the April Fool's joke was that the general population really feels like the Mods are the enemy, si? How does making more rules help save face? Don't take chances, just report it, it happened over Newgrounds when a kid said he would torch his school, people reported him to the police even tho he was in a different state and he was arrested the next day with a gas can heading to his school. Can't see the screenshot btw but there is no messing around with this kind of stuff, you won't get in trouble for this if that is what you are afraid of.

to not risk it. There was this German kid on a forum that I think was similar to that site who said he was going to shoot up his school and the next post was 'lol', the next day all over European news was that the kid actually did it.
