Yes, they are pulling my socks really, my account was suspended, because I forgot to pay, as I was busy, really, I payed before with a credit card, but this one was expired, and i have a new one which I tried to input, I did everything correctly as the first time I did everything, but it wouldn't be accepted.
Then, I bought a pre-paid card of one year Xboxlive, i input the codes 100 times, but the message always was:
"we couldn't redeem your code, try again later"
So, this is coming frustrating to the point that I've been calling MS customer support for the last week everyday, and they said they can't solve my problem, they have giving me many "pass balls", and have you do, this, that etc. But nothing they have done to solve my problem, nothing at all, they just have told me to do exactly what i did, then for this two days, i've been calling them, and they said to me the service for Xboxlive helping to get connected was down, and that they will comeback to me in less than 48 hrs, but so far every time except one, when they said they will call back, they haven't... they couldn't care less and they couldn't care less about me, a guy who have spent more than 5k on their machine and servic, this is OutrAGEOUS! Really and frankly speaking, i'm serioulsy condidering abandoning gaming forever because of this total letdown
Anybody knows what to do in this emergency cases?
