microsoft have always been greedy bastards...... they want ppl to buy direct from them, preferably dl from their store... i sold my xbox after they messed around with my acct..

i didnt want to renew the gold subscription and knew on previous occasions they simply took payment from registered credit card. the concept of simply going down to silver sub seemed incomprehensible to the joker on the phone..so i didnt renew credit card on xbox.. they barred the acct having been unable to take payment and refused to reactivate it without new card. i declined to do so.. wth that impasses, I simply took console and sold it. I happily have a ps3... up yours, microsoft!

never a surprise to hear we pay more for less, and that situation will continue as long as we have to rely on japanese and american hardware. why can't europe make its own? - hundreds of millions of the world's best educated and culturally advanced people in the world - and we can't make a games console?
