[QUOTE="clawboy"][QUOTE="_eDdySON_"]I remember when I had a 360. Last november (near its one year anniversary), Gears of War was the only game worth playing online. That, and a horrible port of Battlefield 2._eDdySON_
What happened to your 360? Heat or red lights of death?
Neither (kinda surprised it didn't RROD on me). I was just extremely pissed at the fact that I have to spend $300 more dollars for HD movies and WiFi, and the fact that I have to pay to play online (nothing beats the fundamentals of just playing online with others for free. I think Microsoft was trying to destroy the essential free PC online multiplayer.)That sucks.
PS2 didnt have a network, and it had online games, like madden and socom and stuff is that im talking about, you didnt play the AI or the person sitting next to youthageneral2
Network or no network. Online play or no online play. I just never been a fan of online play. Some people absolutely need it while other like myself don't. If you love it then more power to you but it's just not for me.

Didn't say you were trolling, but people seem to knock PSN for no reason
I remember the days when there was no 'networks' and all you did was go online for a game and play that game. I don't really see the purpose for the PS "Network" or the XBL "Network", therefor I don't get what makes XBL so great, can someone break it down for me

That's why I asked the question about going online. I also remember the days of no networks. You played the AI or your friends setting next to you. To me it seems that I'm not missing anything. PSN or XBL. It doesn't matter to me.
