As long as they don't improve the gameplay (at least combo-wise, targeting and dodging like DMC/Bayo) open world means nothing but some bland lifeless stages without loading times between them. Doubt that they'll add anything to that world worth exploring.
I've seen gameplay from the japanese version, it's too bad the titans have the same brain dead AI that normal enemies in every Dynasty Warriors game have, they don't offer any challenge at all. Also it's sad that they couldn't afford to get the original music from the anime.
I enjoyed the first one remastered a lot and did multiple runs, but I couldn't finish this one at least once. Dropped it after I got off the train and into the mansion. I didn't like the partner system at all, same motive I haven't touched 5 or 6.
I think we all know that it'll come to PC, they didn't port almost all of their FF games to Steam for nothing. Now the only thing remaining is making a good port, I don't care if it doesn't come along with the consoles version. Also I hope the story and/or characters are well developed. I could've looked past FF13s stupid ass story if at least the characters were likable.
Warner is planning to **** other franchises now. I smell another Dragonball Evolution or Last Airbender. The japanese films were pretty good imo and true to the anime (didn't read the manga), just their CGI characters were bad, but I guess that couldn't have been helped at that date.
