[QUOTE="Cloud_Insurance"]

MGS

seeing as it actually did something to innovate the genre whereas SMG is just another installment in the Mario franchise with no multiplayer and 0 replayability.

Mario games have never had multiplayer(except for NSMB).You instantly fail.And what exactly did MGS4 do that was innovative??

You missed the point of his post I think

So yesterday, after about a year and a half of owning just a ps3(which I love), I finally bought an xbox 360 and halo 3. So, after I start it up standing vertically, I notice a problem with the sound, and it turned out the sound was coming from the tv instead of my sound system. So while switching cables to fix the problem, i turned the system from vertical to horizontal to be out my way and the disc moved in the tray while spinning and got destroyed(by scratches). I had no idea that simply adjusting the system would do this and I looked in the manual and sure enough, it told me: DONT DO THAT. Now I can't blame the system and I'm mad at myself:x:cry:

[QUOTE="ONLYDOD"]They care, just not about 3rd party exclusives. The Playstation brand as we know it is long gone, and Sony are rebuilding it with their 1st party games.AgentA-Mi6

Sony isnt rebuilding anything, they always relied in third party exclusives. Without them they should stick to Make Tvs and BR players, the console race isnt for them.

Actually, I think that Sony's first party is what drove their other consoles, games like ratchet and jak and God of War and team ico games and Gran Turismo. And it's alright if Sony relies on their first party because they have more studios than MS and Nintendo combined.

You beat me to to it I was just about to post that.:x

It's frick'n amazing.

I was just thinking, because of this, do you guys think that the tools in littlebigplanet are so comprehensive and universal that there could be advances in technology within LBP? (such as multiplication and division being the obvious next step in littlebigprogramming. Because this calculator has been built from the same basics that real calculators are built from.

My head's gonna splode

The developers said that to design a proper level with 4 minutes of fun would take anywhere between 20 hours to 40 days. Not exactly omething that appeals to casual players.stappy

I agree with TC, although I think he's talking about the middle ground casuals, who like video games and might spend a lot of time playing them, but they don't post in forums or track which game is coming out when. There's a huge middle ground between Hardcore gamers who join clans and make predictions on games years away, and casuals who buy a wii because they saw it on TV and think it's cool, but only have wii sports.

Bottom line: you'd be amazed by how much effort the middle ground demographic may put in a LBP level.
