Hopefully they don't **** you over like that. Amazon Canada did with me but that was also over 4 years ago. Maybe they've improved since then. Never had any issues preordering online from EB Games. They do overnight shipping but it's kinda pricey.

Possibly if you can log into R* Social Club on console.  Although I don't either Sony or Microsoft would allow that.

Be patient.  Rockstar has never not made a PC version of GTA.  It'll come 6-8 months later like every other version has.  No need to get your panties in a bunch.

If you want it day one, your best bet is preordering from Gamestop either online or in store.  They do overnight shipping.  I remember preordering Street Fighter IV from them and they hadn't even shipped it 3 days after the game came(day it was supposed to ship was close to a week after that point) out so I ended up cancelling and getting the game from Future Shop.

Only way it'll be made available on PS4 is if it's put on Gaikai. 

As much as I can't wait for the PC version to come out, I doubt it will be coming out in the fall.  My guess is 6-8 months later.  I'd rather them take the time and optimize it for PC.

Assuming I get in on the 17th, my girlfriend will probably want to play it with me.
