@eradicatedpulse: the nice guys, great choice, would be great fun to see the pair on another case. Really wish Tom Jane had done punisher sequel. He absolutely owned that rôle! There was a 10 minute short film with him as the punisher, Dirty Laundry I think it was called. Hit up YouTube and check it out.
@probable: oops, sorry for the late reply. I never played the first game so can't comment. DD2 is good fun and despite the amount of mtx you CAN buy, you really don't need to, I finished it after 50hrs.
@mogan: yeah it definitely got a pass when we all said "it's so much better than than last one". Still it was good fun regardless, biggest fist bump from me is the creatures reveal during the bear fight. Very cool!
Well here's hoping it's as good as number 3. Granted it took me literally years to really get stuck into the franchise and I stopped and started witcher 3 over a dozen times before finally finishing it. Glad I did though, once it clicked its amongst the most fun rpgs ever ever played.
@jedijax: I get what your saying and I was initially put off although I will happily say that having spent a lot of hours ingame already, the lack of fast travel is actually a boon! Bare with me here! Usually cracking on with a quest and being able to zoom about the map is great, here though I've found what really gives me the most fun is simply finding new things off the beaten path. I've had entire gaming sessions that begun with simply "go there and hand in quest", hours later and I'm the other side of the map, deep in a huge cave swarming with enemiesgl guarding hoards of treasure, it's ace! I'd advise giving it a go and not let it slip into the same as all the other rpgs out there.
